Dr. Ben Karenzi formally handed over the Board Chair role of the Institute for Policy Analysis and Research to Dr. Odette Uwizeye.
The event acknowledged his tenure and contributions. Mr. Augustine Seminega presented Dr. Karenzi with a Certificate of Appreciation for his service.
