Jeanne Izabiliza is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Heart of Africa Trading Company Ltd, focusing on international trade and international logistics (shipping, inland transport, clearing and forwarding, warehousing, financial advisory, and travel and tours). Heart of Africa is involved in capital mobilization and investment, connecting continents and regions by establishing business lines that link factory production with market businesses and potential customers.

Jeanne holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. She has solid knowledge of gender mainstreaming and social protection initiatives.

Jeanne previously served in the Government of Rwanda as Provincial Executive Secretary and held other senior public service posts in national and international organizations, including the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Education, Health Unlimited, and Rwanda Appeal for Peace Initiatives.

With over 15 years of experience engaged in various technical and policy dialogues, her leadership skills encompass human resource management, finance management, and project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
